Terms of use
Conditions under which the service is offered. Last updated: 22 de septiembre de 2026. This is a translation for convenience; in case of discrepancy the Spanish version prevails.
1. Acceptance
Using this site means accepting these terms, the legal notice and the privacy policy.
2. Permitted use and prohibited conduct
The service is free and intended for personal, informative use.
It is not permitted to: bulk-extract content with bots or programs; resell or redistribute the data as your own product; attempt to breach the site's security or access restricted areas; overload the infrastructure with automated requests; click ads artificially or ask others to do so; use the contact form to send spam or unlawful content or to impersonate someone else.
3. Intellectual property
The design, code, original texts and analyses and the GeoStock3D brand belong to its owner. You may link to any page and embed the map with the code the site provides.
Original stories belong to their outlets. To have content removed, see the legal notice.
4. Financial information
Information about companies and markets is general and automated. It is not investment advice or a personal recommendation and does not take your situation into account. We do not offer portfolios, buy or sell alerts or investment services.
5. Availability, suspension and changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". It is not guaranteed to work without interruptions or errors, and it may stop for maintenance or for reasons beyond the owner's control.
The owner may block access to anyone who breaches these terms (for example, bots that overload the server) and may modify, suspend or close the service at any time.
If we change these terms, we will publish the new version with its date.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damages arising from the use of the site, from decisions made on the basis of its content, or from the content of linked third-party sites.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded towards consumers.
7. Complaints and security
Errors, right of reply, copyright, data protection and other complaints: contact form, each type in its own queue (see the legal notice for the right of reply).
Security vulnerabilities: contact form (type "Security") or contacto@geostock3d.com. Also in /.well-known/security.txt. Please do not disclose the issue until we have fixed it.
