3. Purpose of the service

GeoStock3D is an interactive map of world affairs and the stock market. It is not a news outlet and does not employ reporters.

GeoStock3D links to the original sources and uses artificial intelligence to generate its own factual headlines and summaries for each story, together with its classification. It finds stories in outlets' RSS feeds and in the GDELT Project. It does not republish full articles, excerpts or third-party images, and no story is published before it has its own headline and summary.

It applies technical controls to avoid substantial reproduction, does not use content from outlets that reserve text and data mining, and does not circumvent paywalls or other access restrictions. If a rights holder considers that a use goes beyond a mere link or the legal limits, we remove the content and, where appropriate, seek the corresponding authorisation.

All journalistic content belongs to the outlet that published it. We recommend always reading the full story at its source.

4. Disclaimer about the content

The owner is not responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, timeliness or lawfulness of information published by third parties and linked from this site.

Our own headlines and summaries, the classifications and the links between countries and companies are generated automatically by artificial intelligence models and may contain errors, biases or incorrect interpretations. Each story states whether a person has reviewed it. Stories that attribute crimes or wrongdoing to identifiable people, or concern victims or minors, are not published without prior human review.

Nothing published here constitutes financial, investment, legal or any other kind of advice (see "Financial information" on the "About us and methodology" page).

Users are responsible for checking any information before making decisions based on it.

5. Intellectual property and content removal

The design, code, original texts and analyses of GeoStock3D belong to its owner.

Original stories, their headlines and the trademarks and logos of outlets and companies belong to their owners. Their names are used only to identify them, without implying sponsorship or association. We do not publish photographs from outlets.

If you hold rights (or represent the holder) and want some content removed, use the contact form (type "Copyright") or write to [email protected] stating the exact address, the work concerned and in what capacity you act. We hide the content as soon as we receive the request and review it afterwards.

We also honour any request from an outlet to stop using its stories altogether. Our crawler (GeoStock3DBot) respects each outlet's robots.txt and its text and data mining (TDM) reservation. Outlets' text is only used temporarily to write the summary and is then deleted (within 48 hours at most).

6. Right of reply (rectification)

Any natural or legal person may request the correction of information that refers to them and that they consider inaccurate and harmful (Spanish Organic Law 2/1984). Use the contact form (type "Right of reply") or email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of publication, limited to the facts.

If admissible, the correction is published in full, without comment and with similar prominence, next to the information, within 3 days of receipt. The original information is not silently deleted.

Reporting an error is different and can be done at any time with "Report an error".

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, where the user is a consumer, the courts of the user's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
